The Association of Foreign Affairs Karlstad (AFAK) is a newer section belonging to The Swedish Association of International Affairs (SAIA). The aim of the association is to create interest along with spreading knowledge of international issues and becoming Karlstads primary forum for foreign affair discussions. Through lectures and seminars the Association of International Affairs in Karlstad is raising current ongoing debates on global and international problems with experts working with these intriguing subjects.
The Association of Foreign Affairs Karlstad has its base at Karlstad University and has the ambition of serving students from various educational backgrounds and countries and to broaden their knowledge on global matters.
